Thomas Rossi // CEO & Founder
After several years in the French army, Thomas Rossi began working in private security in 2007. He was quickly deployed abroad on behalf of major international groups and diplomatic missions, and oversaw executive protection contracts in Haiti, Africa and the Middle East for more than eight consecutive years.
Having graduated from the University of Leicester (UK) with a degree in Security and Risk Management and gained extensive experience in hostile and complex environments, Thomas returned to France in 2016 and founded Wagram Protection, an executive protection company operating throughout France and around the world.

WAGRAM PROTECTION AND SECURE TRANSPORTATION
Providing security drivers.
In France, the executive protection industry is highly regulated and must operate independently of any other business activity. An executive protection company is therefore not authorized to provide or charge for manned guarding, cash-in-transit or private investigation services. In accordance with this principle of exclusivity, it is also prohibited for an executive protection company to provide passenger transport services, even though these two activities are often complementary.
To ensure compliance with this legislation, including the French Internal Security Code and the French Transport Code, Wagram Protection relies on close collaboration with its sister company Wagram Limousines to offer secure transportation services by highly skilled security drivers. Wagram Limousines is an executive transportation company specializing in the provision of secure chauffeured transportation for high-profile individuals and whose drivers are trained in a variety of defensive and evasive driving techniques. Wagram Limousines services are available throughout France.
